The Opportunity 

This Executive Assistant role supports the Co-Head of Investment Banking and other senior team members, while also providing day-to-day administrative support across the wider team. You will work closely with another EA in the team to manage diaries, coordinate travel, support recruitment activities, prepare documentation and assist with meetings and events.

This role goes beyond traditional one-on-one EA support, with a strong focus on team coordination and day-to-day operations. It suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with others, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

This is an office-based role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being onsite each day to stay connected with the team and respond to shifting priorities. A responsive and proactive approach is important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diary, travel and expense support to the Co-Head of Investment Banking
  • Coordinate administrative support across the wider Investment Banking team
  • Schedule meetings and arrange catering, venues and logistics
  • Support onboarding for new team members
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations and reports
  • Assist with internal functions and client-facing events
  • Liaise with IT, facilities and front-of-house as required
  • Provide occasional cover across reception and EA support as required
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in team administration or EA roles, ideally in investment banking, financial services or professional services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Discretion, sound judgement and a proactive attitude
