The Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for delivering accurate profit and loss reporting across product lines, supporting detailed revenue analysis and enhancing financial systems and processes. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and business units to deliver insights that support decision-making, automation and efficiency. The role also supports regulatory, funding and treasury reporting requirements, alongside finance-driven projects and system improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing timely and accurate revenue and profit and loss reporting
- Supporting group funding, treasury and regulatory reporting
- Assisting with the implementation and enhancement of trading and finance systems
- Responding to business queries and delivering commercial insights
- Strengthening controls to reduce operational risk and improve accuracy
- Driving process improvement and automation across the finance function
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting and system initiatives
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded and analytical, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple teams and systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and accuracy in everything you do. You’ll also bring:
- Minimum 4 years’ post-university experience, ideally with 2+ years in financial services or markets
- Strong Excel skills; experience with MS D365 Finance & Operations, Power BI, MS Access, VBA or SQL is a plus
- Exposure of some knowledge of FX, Equities or Derivatives will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently across the business
