The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Foreign Exchange (FX) Dealer to join Jarden’s high-performing team.

In this role, you will take ownership of your own desk, building your client base, marketing and driving your own business. You will have the autonomy to make an impact, while being part of a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Manage client orders and deliver consistent, accurate trade execution.
• Build and expand your client portfolio through proactive business development, marketing, and relationship management.
• Maximise income opportunities generated from FX transactions.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow your desk.
• Stay informed on financial market activities, developments, and trading opportunities.

About You

You are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.
You combine a strong understanding of FX with exceptional people skills and a proactive marketing approach to building client relationships and growing your desk.

You will also bring:

• Proven experience in client/account management, business development, and marketing-led growth.
• Knowledge and practical experience in FX and Financial Markets.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and high attention to detail in a target-driven environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a high-performing team.
